Founder Dylan J. Doherty working within the Hamptons construction category, found there was frustration experienced by Clients related to how projects can become so complicated and expensive.

He quickly realized there was an opportunity to create a “concierge service” for construction and repair to create a seamless and stress-free experience.

Dylan has worked on many projects over the years, from remediation and restoration as well as remodeling and ground-up builds. This provided him with the knowledge and resources to assemble a company interacting with over 200 craftsmen and technicians at 60+ reputable companies.

His background presents he is highly respected and skilled in project management. He is “OSHA” certified (30 Hours) and has a tremendous knack for executing projects with “Fast Track” expertise.

Why We’re Different from Other Companies
HAMPTONS DISPATCH manages “tactical response” teams for property owners requiring maintenance and construction services from Hampton Bays to the end of Montauk Point. While we can serve as a General Contractor, we primarily act as the property owner’s “representative,” managing contractors and all triple bidding and strategic sourcing of various suppliers.

In essence, we manage all the teams that are brought on-site. We oversee activity and manage to report to keep homeowners up to date on all activity and progress related to objectives and results.
